I’ve been lucky enough to be a part of the Digital Learning community for over 20 years. I’ve also been member of the judging panel for the Learning Technologies Awards for the last few years (and a previous winner!) and feel the time is right now for me to step up to become an eLN Director.
With my roots firmly in learning design, my current role as Director of Learning Innovation for a large global company means I’m exploring new and innovative ways to use digital learning to help our client organisations manage their ‚’people-risk’. I have a particular focus on how to measure learning effectiveness and impact and how to make best use of the resulting data, two topical issues for L&D right now. As a Board member, I would bring a range of technical skills to the table and share my experience of driving innovation and strategy.
