Chair of the Board
I feel privileged to have been voted in as the Chair of the eLN Board replacing Phil Reddall whose four-year term had come to an end. We’re going through a number of changes to the way we do things and I’m glad to have a very strong team of (volunteer) directors, all of whom are passionate about the eLN. I’m committed to leading these changes and growing the membership of the network.
I set up my own company, Designs on Learning, in 2008, after many years at the BBC working in corporate training and eLearning. I love to work on a mix of projects at any one time and currently have private and public sector clients for whom I do consultancy and needs analysis, blended and eLearning design, and facilitate face-to-face workshops, often globally. I also run eLN webinars and support participants on the MA in Leadership at Henley Business School.
