I’m originally from an educational background and have a doctorate in Human-Computer Interaction, having presented my work on user-centred design to a worldwide audience. As a learning designer, I specialise in the design and delivery of distance learning, media-rich materials, online learning, workshops and classroom-based events. I’ve worked extensively with a wide variety of clients, including international NGOs, government departments and agencies, blue chip companies, the service sector, and educational institutions.
I’ve been involved with the eLN and its previous version, TACT, since the mid-1990s. For the past eight years I’ve been Chair of Judges for the highly prestigious Learning Technologies (formerly Elearning Age) Awards.
