eLN Learning Technologies Award Showcase Webinar Series – S&P Global
As part of S&P Global’s strategy of Powering the Markets of the Future, two of the key foundational capabilities are People and Technology. Introduced in 2017, the award-winning EssentialTECH program is the result of S&P Global’s commitment to elevate its people by providing blended learning opportunities to expand technology fluency and skills across seven core focus areas: Agile, Cloud, DevOps, Cyber Security, Data Science, Automation and Innovation. It is essential that our people have every opportunity to grow in a dynamic technology environment to prepare for future roles and support the future of the organization.
In this session, we’ll learn how the EssentialTECH program has addressed the corporate tech upskilling challenge through a blended learning approach. The award-winning “blend” includes a collection of tech communities delivering formal, social, and experiential opportunities across all levels of the company.
During this session, we’ll explore:
How to invest in new programs and resources for increasing tech fluency and skills that impact entire and targeted employee populations.
How to embed learning within a company culture to drive transformation at both the company and the individual level.
Why successful retention and application of skills requires not only well-built training but social and experiential reinforcement as well.
Award: Gold winner
‘Best use of blended learning - international commercial sector’
