Learning and working remotely – tips for times of change with eLN Member, Jo Cook

31st March, 2020

Digital Meeting

Business and work, just like the world, is in a state of change. A lot of corporate people are now working from home, communicating virtually and in L&D we are being asked to deliver our training through webinars and virtual classroom sessions.

Luckily the skills for different ways of working can all be learned. There’s lots of platforms, resources and people out there to help. Join us on this interactive session to address the challenges, how to rise to them, and have a great discussion to help us all in changing work practices

Please note: this is now going to be a Zoom meeting, rather than a webinar. Email Rowan at ContactUs@elearningnetwork.org for the meeting URL.

In this session, we will:

  • Discuss the challenges of working and learning remotely
  • Discuss how we are currently coping with working differently
  • Identify tips of how to connect with others whilst working remotely
  • Identify ways to engage people in webinars
  • Identify how to overcome not seeing people in virtual classrooms
