How do I contribute?

Do you want to contribute towards the Insights?

Insights from the eLearning Network is delighted to publish entries from the membership community as a part of our programme of inspiration, support and community. We would strongly encourage members of the eLearning Network to contribute and will give submissions from members our first priority, but it is not a requirement. Insights is focused on “Opinion” and “How To” tips. We’re looking for contributions which will stimulate strong community interest and discussion.

  • Opinion Pieces should be around 500 words, stating a position and view on a key topic within our industry. The most important feature of any Opinion Piece on the Insights blog is that it stimulates debate!
  • ‘How to Guides’ are more practical pieces of not more than 750 words, supplemented with rich media (YouTube, Flickr, Screenr, Slideshare etc…) to help readers achieve a practical implementation with learning technology.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for insightful, original thought pieces that focus on the design, development and implementation of E-learning in organisational settings. We aren’t interested in product or service pitches. We’re also interested to read work on the potential future of our industry and emerging trends as part of our “inspiration” track.

You don’t have to be a published author to contribute, we welcome all who work in and around our industry regardless of experience. Contributing to Insights at the eLearning Network is a great way to raise your profile and start discussions with our community of over 3000 members and many more casual readers of our website.
