Frequently Asked Questions

I’ve joined as an Associate. Why don’t I have access to the event I’m trying to book?

Only Full Members who have paid the yearly fee of £29 can access eLN workshops. You’ll need to upgrade your membership to access events.

I've joined but I still don't have the access to book.

There may be two reasons:

1. Your membership may have expired. Members must renew payment every 12 months.

2. If you've just joined, it may take us a few hours to manually approve your membership. If it's urgent, please give us a nudge at members@elearningnetwork.org.

How do I renew my membership?

  • Make sure you're logged in
  • Click your name at the top right (next to the login / logout button)
  • Click the 'My account' tab
  • You'll either see a summary of your membership status or the three columns listing types of membership
  • Find the button that says 'Renew' and click it (if it's the three columns, the 'Renew' button is at the bottom of the 'Member' column)
  • Click 'Renew' and follow the steps to pay

What if I want my team to join the eLN?

Then team membership is what you're looking for. It lets you buy individual memberships in bulk and transfer them to new joiners if a team member leaves. Read more about it here.
